NN Group nominates Supervisory Board members for reappointment

The Supervisory Board of NN Group N.V. has decided to nominate Jan Holsboer and Yvonne van Rooij for reappointment as members of the Supervisory Board for a maximum term of four years. The proposal for reappointment will be submitted for adoption at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 2 June 2016. 

Jan Holsboer and Yvonne van Rooij have both been members of the Supervisory Board of NN Group N.V. since 1 March 2014, and were members of the Supervisory Board of ING Verzekeringen N.V. from

14 May 2012 until 1 March 2014. The Supervisory Board intends to reappoint Jan Holsboer as chairman of the Supervisory Board if his reappointment is adopted at the AGM.

Further information will be included in the convocation for the AGM which will be published on 21 April 2016.


In addition, various changes occurred within Supervisory Board Committees and are now in effect:

  • Dick Harryvan was appointed vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board.
  • Hélène Vletter-van Dort stepped down from the Audit Committee. She succeeded Jan Holsboer as chairman of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and was appointed to the Risk Committee.
  • Jan Holsboer stepped down from the Risk Committee and was appointed to the Audit Committee.
