NN Group Art Award

During Art Rotterdam, NN Group will present a new contemporary art prize, the NN Group Art Award. The award will be given to an exceptional talent who completed his or her studies at an art academy in the Netherlands, and whose work is exhibited at the fair. Both young talent and artists who have progressed further in their careers will be considered for the award. A EUR 10,000 cash prize accompanies the award, to help the artist further develop his or her work. In addition, NN Group will purchase one piece from one of the four nominees, to add to the Group’s art collection. The jury for the award consists of a curator, a collector, an art journalist and the conservator of the NN Group art collection.

The four nominees are:

Zoro Feigl, C&H gallery
Chaim van Luit, gallery Tegenboschvanvreden
Wouter Paijmans, gallery Stigter van Doesburg
Florian & Michael Quistrebert, gallery Juliètte Jongma
