NN Group releases agenda for 2017 Annual General Meeting
NN Group published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held at ‘De Remise’, Ter Borchstraat 7 in The Hague, the Netherlands, on Thursday 1 June 2017, 14:00 CET. The meeting documents are available on the NN Group website (www.nn-group.com/agm) and consist of:
- Convocation for the AGM including the agenda, an explanation of the agenda items and instructions for attending the meeting
- 2016 Annual Report
- Proposal to amend the profile of the Supervisory Board
- Proposal to amend the articles of association
Shareholders can register for the meeting as of 5 May 2017, 8:00 CET and no later than 26 May 2017, 17:00 CET via www.abnamro.com/evoting or through their intermediary.
