NN Group establishes Debt Issuance Programme

NN Group today announces that it has established a wholesale Debt Issuance Programme (DIP) allowing for the issuance of senior debt instruments.

The prospectus for the DIP dated 2 March 2015 is available here: www.nn-group.com and has been approved by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
