NN Life announces early redemption of outstanding subordinated notes

Today, Nationale-Nederlanden Levensverzekering Maatschappij N.V. (“NN Life”) announces the early redemption of the outstanding EUR 500 million 9.0% Fixed to Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0821168423) (the “Notes”).

The Notes will be redeemed by NN Life in full at their principal amount together with any interest accrued (in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes) on their first call date, 29 August 2022.
