Partnerships

NN Group is an active sponsor in many sectors. Especially those that are close to what is important to people and where a partnership can add value. Our sponsoring activities focus on sport and art, and our partnership with North Sea Jazz has also added music to the mix. In forming these partnerships, NN seeks organisations with common objectives, such as improving the experience of an event or attracting other target groups using an innovative approach. For example, NN developed the ‘Maurits&’ concept with its partner, the Mauritshuis. This is a platform that allows people to get to know the Dutch grand masters in a unique way. In the field of art, the focus in the Netherlands is on partnerships in cities in which NN has a presence. In addition to the Mauritshuis, NN Group is also partner of Kunsthal Rotterdam, the Art Rotterdam art fair and the Gemeentemuseum Den Haag.

NN also wants to help athletesto achieve their goals by getting involved in various sport sponsorship activities, largely focussed on running. NN is the proud sponsor of dozens of running events in Europe and Japan. Since the start of this year, NN is one of the co-sponsors of the NN Running Team, the first professional running team in the world. With this initiative, NN contributes directly to developing running as a sport, and putting it on a more professional footing.
