Shareholders of NN Group N.V. who have registered to attend the annual general meeting to be held on 21 May 2026 (AGM) are invited to use this form to submit written questions in advance concerning items on the agenda of the AGM. Questions may be submitted using this form no later than 15 May 2026, 10.00 CEST and will be answered during the AGM. NN Group N.V. reserves the right to answer questions combined by theme.
